Kanishka has delivered leadership development programs for the CEO and the Top Team at young tech companies like Urban Ladder, Groupon, Helpchat, BlueStone, Your Story, etc. as well as working on leadership development and culture programs for Byju’s, Swiggy, Uber, etc.
He was a Professor of Business Communication at the Indian School of Business. He has also taught Ethics at for the ISB PGP Pro program for mid-level executives.

Kanishka has trained and coached CEOs and high potential managers from a wide range of countries including Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, China, Japan, Senegal, South Africa, Canada, Egypt, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Nigeria, etc.
Kanishka has trained and coached senior leaders and high potentials from Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), Godrej, Deloitte, KMPG, Airtel, Pepsi, Tatas, Schenker, PETRONAS, etc.
Designed and rolled out one of the largest coaching culture rollouts in India at the Aditya Birla Group. Trained and coached approximately 400 high potential and senior managers at the Aditya Birla Group.

Before starting Stillwater Consulting, Kanishka worked as India Country Head for the boutique leadership development firm The Works Partnership
Prior to TWP, he worked in the Sales and Marketing division at Hindustan Unilever Ltd where he took over the fastest declining area in the country and turned it around to win a Director’s award for the second highest market share gain in the country, leading an extended team of over 500 people.
Before HUL, Kanishka worked for Arthur Andersen in London in the Assurance and Business advisory division working on a diverse base of small and medium sized enterprises ranging from Oil to Construction to Jewelry to TV Broadcasting.
