Girish is a Leadership development trainer and an Executive Coach certified at the ICF PCC level by the Newfield Network.
Girish has trained and coached senior leaders and high potentials from Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), the Aditya Birla Group, Tata Communications, Infosys BPO, BNP Paribas, Inmobi, HDFC Life, Teach for India etc.

Leadership development programs for the Regional teams (CEOs and the Top Team) at Damco (part of the Maersk group) in Senegal, South Africa, and Dubai.
Facilitating programs on “Relationship Mastery” in the Singapore “university” of one of the world’s leading Professional Services firms, for Partners in the APAC region.
Coached the CEO of Groupon India and leaders in the Top Team at Pantaloons and BASF.
Programs on “Leadership Presence” and “Coaching” for approximately 150 Vice-Presidents at one of the world’s top investment banking firms.

20 years of work experience across Finance, Business Development, Training and Development, and Executive Coaching.
5 years with Hindustan Unilever Limited across three Finance leadership roles. In his last role at HUL, Girish was heading the Treasury Team and played a key role in talent acquisition and mentoring Management Trainees (MTs).
Prior to his role in Treasury, Girish spent 2 years in a HUL factory in Pondicherry, managing the supply chain operations of a unit with an annual output of 1,00,000 tons.
Prior to HUL, Girish worked as an internal consultant with Hewlett Packard, collaborating with teams in USA, France, Australia and Singapore. Prior to Hewlett Packard, he worked in the operations division of his family business and before that, as a Financial Analyst with Tata Steel in Jamshedpur.

Girish graduated in Commerce from Loyola College, Chennai and then obtained his Chartered Accountancy qualification, from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Girish also has an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.
