The Game of Life is a book we wrote to think much deeper about the big questions of life before we tried to train others on self-awareness, personal effectiveness, authenticity, purpose, and happiness.It is a book of three sections which cover the following questions:
Psychology: Why do we sabotage ourselves in our pursuit of happiness by not doing the things that we know on an intellectual level make sense for us to do?
Philosophy: What are the dysfunctional societal belief systems that get programmed into us. If we were to start with a blank slate what are the ideal set of beliefs that we would want to internalize to live life with skill and poise?
Behaviour change: What are the best practices from the worlds of therapy, coaching, and positive psychology that help people sustainably replace their existing set of beliefs and behaviours with new, more effective ones?
