20+ years of work experience across Law, Human Resources, Training and Development, and Executive Coaching.
Headed the human resources function at the Akanksha Foundation and set up many of the HR systems and processes for the organization including performance appraisal system, recruitment, employee on-boarding, compensation, and employee welfare.
Previously, worked as a lawyer at the Mumbai affiliate of the American law firm Kelly, Drye and Warren LLP and advised clients who wanted to set base in India on various Indian laws relating to corporate compliance, telecommunications, real estate, intellectual property, foreign exchange regulation and taxation

Avantika graduated in Commerce and then Law from the Delhi University
Avantika has studied Human Development from the Harvard Extension School.
Avantika is passionate about women empowerment and aims to empower women across the country to take up leadership positions in all spheres of life.
Avantika loves photography and her main subjects are usually her two children.
